What we collect

• Your mobile phone number.
• Your first name, your ZIP or postal code or city, and your answers to the questions on the sign-up form, if you choose to share them.
• A record of your consent: when you signed up, the words you agreed to, and the IP address and device type you used.
• The messages we send you and the replies you send back.
• Which links in our messages you tap.
• A simple count of visits to Sayaka’s page and which link brought people there. It does not follow you around the web.

How we use it

We use your information to send you the messages you asked for, to answer your replies, and to keep a record that you opted in or out. We also use your location and interests to segment our list, so a show announcement reaches people near the venue and news about a song reaches people who care about it.

Third parties

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

We use service providers, such as our messaging provider and the companies that host and deliver this site, to run the text line on our behalf. They process your information only to provide those services to us and may not use it for any other purpose. We disclose information when the law requires it.

Our messaging provider

Messages are delivered by our messaging provider, which handles your phone number and the content of our messages on our behalf as a processor.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are on the list. If you text STOP, we stop messaging you and keep a small record (your number, that you opted out, and your consent history) so we can honor your choice and show that you gave consent. Message history is kept as long as we need it to run the text line and meet legal requirements. If someone enters a number on this page and it is never confirmed, we delete what they entered after 30 days.

Your choices and deleting your information

Text STOP at any time to stop messages. To see what we have, or to have it deleted, email [email protected] and tell us the phone number you used. We will delete your information and keep only the small opt-out record described above, so we never message you again by mistake.
